She has experience of 4 years in Hospitality Operations and have worked with renowned hospitality brands like Four Seasons, Shangri-La, Yauatcha. Since 2014 her pursuit was to educate common people on the methods of mixology and beverage appreciation. She received recognition for her training and contribution in beverage industry in newspapers like Economic Times and Mumbai Times.
Since the time she started as a beverage trainer she trained more than 250 people coming from varied sectors right from housewives, hotel management graduates, working men to bartenders. She has earned her name against all odds and has successfully designed and executed Beverage crash courses for individuals and for students who seek professional hospitality training, Priyanka was fortunate to conduct brand awareness and product knowledge trainings for beverage brands like Cointreau, Drambuie, Indus Pride and Phondaghat Honey across Maharashtra for more than 30 outlets. During this journey she had collected good amount of learning from various people from Industry which keeps her inspiring to come up with innovative ways to teach our students at Flairology Bar School and make them industry ready and carve their niche into the beverage industry.
